Yoga flow for your lower back
Our Physio and LYT Yoga Teacher Steph Miles has created a yoga flow focusing on strength and mobility for your lower back. This is an area that holds a lot of tension due to stress, emotion and posture. Give your back some attention and movement with this class.
Suitable for beginners or anyone with mild non-specific low back pain. Please practise at your own pace.
