Finding the motivation to achieve your goals

Often people can lose sight of their personal or professional goals due to demands of everyday life, work, family and friends. These important, often mundane tasks can distract us from our purpose, what we really want.  I find that in Spring, with the longer days approaching people often revisit these goals but struggle to know where to start.  The task seems intimidating, even impossible, threatening our time, routine or our identity.

I have recorded this hypnotic meditation to help motivate you. So that you are consciously and unconsciously looking to make the first important steps forward and feeling good doing this. Remembering that doing something, no matter how small, is better than nothing.  So I encourage you to spend some time visualising and thinking about what you want to change or achieve this week, this month or this year.  Whether it is a drive towards a promotion, a new healthy lifestyle or something bigger and find the energy to act on it.
