About Steph and LYT Yoga:

I am a qualified Physiotherapist and Yoga teacher trained in the LYT® yoga method. I have been practising yoga for almost 10 years following ACL re-construction surgery after a netball injury. I found LYT® yoga and fell in-love with the fun yet challenging aspect of it. LYT® yoga (created by Physiotherapist and yoga teacher Lara Heimann) is a vinyasa practice which helps you re-establish postural imbalances by focusing on alignment through functional and sustainable movement patterns. This is so important for every day life and something I am passionate about promoting as a Physiotherapist. After these classes expect to feel energised and more core integration both on and off the mat!
