Below are the recorded mindfulness sessions from April. Please get comfortable and turn off distractions. It’s great that you’re giving yourself this time.
The benefits of mindfulness increase the more you practice so I hope the audios below can support you in establishing a practice that works for you.
Each one is around 15- 20 minutes long. Sian talks you through different strategies to be more mindful and to bring this practice into your every day life.
