The perfect way to wind down
Physiotherapist and LYT Yoga instructor Steph Miles shares a calming class focusing on grounding down through the body, whilst mobilising and finding space within the body and the breath. A perfect class to complete after an intense work out or if you want to wind down from a stressful day.

LYT® yoga (created by Physiotherapist and yoga teacher Lara Heimann) is a vinyasa practice which helps you re-establish postural imbalances by focusing on alignment through functional and sustainable movement patterns.
