Self Care - how to find balance in your life.

Self care is more than bubble baths and cups of tea. We can get out of balance without realising it. I hope this simple exercise can help you to focus on what you need, celebrate what’s already going really well and then have a clear plan of how to get there.

  • Take a few minutes for yourself.

  • Look at the 8 types of self care. Have a think about what they mean for you.

  • Print out or draw the wheel below.

  • Rate of 10 how well these aspects are going for you.

  • Look at the wheel shape. Ask yourself:

  • Does this show you which areas need a bit of attention?

  • Does it explain why you have been feeling the way you do?

  • What are your 3 take-aways from this exercise and what 3 changes can you make this week?
