Sometimes we can be so busy with the day-to-day stuff that we forget to zoom out to see the bigger picture of what we want and what really matters. Here’s a supportive practice to help you to reconnect to what’s important.

Good to listen to when you want to relax, if you’re experiencing a challenge or have a decision to make.

Take 10 minutes for yourself to sit or lie down. If you’d prefer to keep your eyes open then you could do some mindful colouring in or drawing while you listen. Please don’t drive whilst listening to this.
