Meditation for a fresh perspective

I wrote this meditation for you if you have something on your mind and you’d like to approach it with a fresh perspective. "We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them." Albert Einstein.

Turn off distractions, sit or lie down and take some time for yourself. People can listen at lunchtime for a much needed brain break to feel refreshed or they use it to fall asleep to. It’s 20 minutes long.
